Richard's ambition and lifelong goals are to support individuals while spreading the love and gospel of Jesus Christ. Throughout his professional career, he has always maintained a position where he has been able to positively impact other people's lives. Richard has an innate drive for helping others. 

Richard has maintained leadership positions for various Non-Profits. His responsibilities include but are not limited to being responsible for writing Government contracts and finding Government funding for the programs that he managed. Richard has also had experience in working with Government contracts in regards to tackling and implementing critical projects, including the redesign of organizations and developing brand new SOP (Standard Operating Procedures). 

Richard's strong work ethic, level of commitment, and ability to speak Spanish has benefited him in his career. His greatest accomplishment however has been serving others.
